I went to the source that website uses and they have different information. For instance, Mississippi shows no exemptions yet their source shows that they do have medical and religious now due to recent legislation. Check out the map here https://www.nvic.org/law-policy-state
From what I can tell they base this on the end of year 2023 report. I'm not sure how often they update it.
